Terms and Conditions

Terms: Our credit application is available here (for current users). We request minimum purchases of $500 per month for credit terms of net 30 days. Past due balances will be assessed 1.5% finance charge per month.

Credit Cards: Preferred payment method is Mastercard, Visa, Discover or AmEx, to be charged at the time of invoicing.

Shipping: Shipments are FOB our facility. Unless instructed otherwise, we will determine the most cost effective shipping method, prepay and add to the invoice. Drop shipping can be arranged. Damaged shipments must be refused or damage noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Request inspection by the carrier immediately. Failure to do so forfeits your claim for damages.

No minimum order: All orders are assessed a packing charge.

Shipping Damage: Please note damage on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Request inspection by the carrier immediately.

Return Merchandise: Returns must be authorized in advance, adequately packed, shipped freight prepaid, & subject to inspection. Please inspect before cutting. We cannot provide credit for materials that have been altered.
